  1. Any information posted by advertisers, their agents or representatives must be in keeping with the rules of this contract.
  2. Eclipse Media Group reserves the right to change, edit or remove any postings that it deems inappropriate, in poor taste, or not grammatically accurate.
  3. Posted information by advertisers will be restricted to information on their dining establishment's normal business information, such as, cuisine, location, hours of operations, description, etc.
  4. Advertisers agree to maintain reasonable control over whom they grant access to their profile for posting purposes.
  5. Eclipse Media Group will not be held liable for any errors that may result from editing a profile, but Eclipse Media Group will maintain reasonab all content on halifaxdining.ca
  6. Advertisers agree to make a reasonable effort to ensure proper grammar and spelling is used on postings to their profile.
  7. Eclipse Media Group may discontinue an advertiser's profile at any time for misuse of the posting space
  8. Eclipse Media Group hosts this website with Bluehost.com, a reputable web hosting company, which hosts more than 300,000 domain names. Advertisers will not hold Eclipse Media Group responsible for any disruption in website service which may occur beyond its control.
